MAGGI TOGETHER WITH SALT IS DANGEROUS




THE TWO WORST  INGREDIENTS USED IN COOKING OUR DAILY FOOD IS  MAGGIE AND SALT BUT PEOPLE DON'T KNOW.. THESE TWO SET OF INGREDIENTS CONTAIN EXCESS OF SODIUM


For every gram of sodium chloride that the body cannot get rid of


it uses 23 times the amount of cell water to neutralize it. So, the inorganic sodium chloride disturbs the fluid balance and burdens the elimination system of our body.


 The cells in process of neutralizing the unnatural sodium chloride get dehydrated and killed.


Eating excess of  salt will not only trigger HYPERTENSION, Remember if you develop Hypertension because of the much intake of salt.... You are in danger of Heart Diseases such as Cardiac arrest, Angina, Enlarged heart, stroke , heart failure and even Death....


 Excess intake of salt and maggi causes more and  excess fluid in the tissues which can lead to gout, kidney stones, gallbladder stones, arthritis and rheumatism..... That is why we always advise out patients to depend on much uses of CRAYFISH, white onions, garlic , TUMERIC, Bay leaf..all this items listed are cheap to get


Maggi contains an  iodine too 

And too much of iodine can lead to hypothyroidism, which could lead to fatigue, cold,  intolerance, obesity and memory problems.....


In summary, maggi and salt Should be use in a very little quantity..some put raw salt in their food,. You are only killing yourself gradually....


Simple when Cooking, learn to add enough Onions, crayfish, fresh fish, Small ginger and garlic, bay leaf with your vegetables... doing this regularly will.have no effect on your health......


Stay away from Salt and maggi if you want to stay long on earth and to leave long
